The BSR Philosophy
Battle Springs Ranch is an extraordinary 3000-acre facility located in in the heart of southern Oklahoma. Our philosophy at Battle Springs Ranch is: “leadership at its finest, starts with talent management”. A true leader recognizes the conception of an idea is not as important as the expansion of the idea. A team is a compilation of thoughts, ideas, and actions by the whole. Our team of Operators are some of the top in their respective fields, have decades of experience leading troops into combat, and over forty years of combined experience in both military and corporate environments.

Toby currently sits on the board of several companies and advises growing businesses. Additionally, after Hurricane Harvey destroyed the greater Houston area in 2017, Toby coordinated and directed relief efforts on the ground.
